The Swole and the SwoleN would be to good choice for a good creatine for you. That with a good diet, multi, fish oil and protien and you should be well on your way to good muscle building.

FOOD is number one that is the most important. After that, you need protien, and creatine to help with the gains.

eat somewhere near double your calories a day. CLEAN CALORIES! throw in some Whey, Creatine, BCAA, and some weights, and you will notice results... Main thing is, you have to be patient and Persistent
