    now wat sum1 said before, about not taking milk in ur PWO shake. Its true though that u can take Skim milk wiht ur PWO cuz it doenst have any fat in it, and it has a high GI scale anyways. So Skim Milk PWO ALl the way!

    For all you guys that like skim milk.... You can actually deal with sacrificing the taste for the low calorie benefit?

    Get fresh whole unhomogenised milk....
    Then use a spoon, scoop the surface and let the cream melt in ur mouth!
