Mr. Aries' Symmetry + Cissus Log

Today is May 15th, 2006, and this will serve as my new log..

I was picked by USPlabs to test their cissus/symmetry products, so a big thanks goes out to that crew..

Dosage:

12 cissus per day
6 symmetry per day

cissus spread out in 4 dosages of 3/3/3/3
symmetry either 2/2/2 or 2/4 on workout days.

stats: (as of 5/14/2006)

Chest: 50
Arms: 18.5
Waist: 33 (narrowest point)
calves: 17.5
legs: 26

Other supplements:

purple wraath
green bulge
red acid
true mass (some days)
muscle milk (some days)
whey protein isolates
focus XT
REM (only if i need to sleep badly)

Today is day 4 of my log.. I didn't write this here because I wanted to start it a few days before I start a log...

Feedback so far:

my negging right sprained wrist is healing at a remarkable rate.. The sports rehab therapist told me it would continue bothering me for a month, but now, 2 weeks later, I'm already back to 95% form...

I fully encourage and hope and would love for everyone to follow this log and type as much as they want to in my log.. I love all the feedback I receive from everyone..

I'm also interested in Cissus, because most of last summer my right elbow was always sore, and it's already started to happen this year.

just wanted to bitch and say that my diet is killing me...

4 of my meals = steamed brocolli + steamed chicken + 1 scoop of true mass..

no salt, no sugar, no condiments...

the other meal is my post workout meal, where I have some protein powder and some carb powder.

it's killing me...

i can't get a digital camcorder, sighs.. I can only get one that records on those mini tape thingys.. if i were to record myself on that, how do I get it from the tape onto the computer?

Today is may 17th... I have about 5 weeks to really hunker down and diet hard core...

Today i did shoulders, and it is evident that the low carb dieting and insane workouts are getting to me physically, mentally, and emotionally.. My only saving grace has been my mp3 player, which has kept me upbeat during the most strenuous times.

It's been difficult at work.. There have been a lot of issues that have hampered my progress but I'm working through them. THere has also been quite a few family problems that have zapped me of my energy lately.. THese days, it is no longer easy being a responsible 25 year old.

I have no salt at home.. I have no sugar at home. No sodas anymore, and no condiments except organic honey and low sodium bbq sauce. Most of my meals consist of steamed chicken and brocolli, downed with a protein shake made of whey isolates.

On different occasions, to ensure that i get at least some healthy fats, I drink a scoop or two of True Mass or Muscle Milk. Outside of those, eatting has been for purpose, rather than pleasure..

I have no recreational activities left except watching the NBA playoffs. I try to be as regimented as possible and keep distractions at a minimum. There are no skirts to chase, no cakes to eat, and no alcohol to drink.. I believe I have successfully confined myself to the bare minimum so that I can be absolutey focused on my goals.

I believe I'm happy, just bored. It is hard to live like this, but thankfully in a small town like this, there would be few things that would excite me enough to break my routine right now..

I'm going back to basics boys.. I'm gonna make the best of it.. In 5 weeks, I'll be in miami at the Musclemania expo. I want to show up next to all those athletes, and know in my heart that I belong.

Any cheat meals big buy? C'mon you gotta have ONE cheat meal a week, I would go AWALL if I were that strict on myself when cutting. Anyways, I hope your family issues get resolved soon.

cheat meals... hmmm.. i have two in one day once every 7 days... I dont' go overboard either... usually just some nice home-made food.. be nice if i were married though... it'd be cool if I could come home to some sweet little thang in the kitchen cooking me some nice bodybuiding food

wouldn't hurt either if she opened with "omg honey i missed you so much today!!!!!"

Haha, It would be nice if your girlfriend/wife could have your supplements ready as well, "Sweety your pre-bed protein shake is ready, want me to bring it up to you, I put an extra scoop tonight?" or "Your PW and GG are sitting in the fridge with your gatorade whenever your ready"
