    can i take a fat burner pill + no-xplode 30-45 mins before workout? i hope its fine... coz i need more energy and i need to maintain muscles while burning a lil bit fat

    no-xplode has caffeine the unknown fat burner i would guess does to. to much caffeine or stims can ruin a workout. name the fat burner and we could help you alot more.

    Your goals and supplement use are somewhat in conflict then.

    No-xplode has caffiene in it. Not a boat load, but enough to give you a kick in the gym (depending on tolerances). Adding a fat burner will be just fine and will make sure you're in the right gear to workout.

    But those supplements together aren't really going to increase muscle growth and increase fat loss.

    Ideally you would choose one or the other, else you won't be doing much of either.
    You can get along fine as you are, but you could be seeing better results with a better understanding of how to meet your goals.

    because my goal is to have more definition, thats why im taking fat burner + creatine and no xplode to maintain muscle while shedding fat..

    which fat burner are u taking beacause i take hydroxycut and primaforce max cla 30 mins before i hit the gym and speed walk on the tread for about 30 mins and start my workout drinking No-xplode and have no problems with the 3 conflicting with eachother i weigh myself every 3 days and notice about a 2-3 pound lost in weight and i see gains in muscle also.....i dont know if this info would help but this is wha i do!!!     I would not take the 2 together for sure. I sometimes get
    too hype with just no-explode. I cant imagine taking more
    caffine, heart attack waiting to happen. Imo.

    not trying to be an ass but dude, you are 16. why the hell would you think you needed fat burners and NO XPlode? all the supplements in the world won't do squat unless you have a decent diet. take all the fat burners you want but if you are eating more fat than you should be in your diet, the fat burner isn't gonna do jack. don't waste your money on this stuff yet. lift for a couple years, eat 5 or 6 good clean meals a day, drink alot of water, and get to know your body before wasting your money on all this stuff. good luck.

    I kinda wish ALL preworkout supps were void of any kind of stimulant (especially since I normally workout in the evenings), so I could choose myself if I wanted an 'energy boost' or not.

    i know what you mean Slated. every other month i workout at night due to my schedule and going to bed is nearly impossible after my preworkout regimen.

    Im currently finishing my explode tub and some xenadrine that I used during my weight loss. both give me enough power to last 1hr-1:15...actually, I could still play ball afterwards. youre fine man.

    tnx for ur advice guys! i really need a fat burner whenever im only 17, because i need to get cut dis summer, i weigh 160 ryt now full of mass, thats why i need to get more definition, what kind of fat burner would u recommend? and oh most of u told me that i'll just gonna save my no-xplode and just take creatine instead, what do u think guys.?

    I cannot really recommend anything BUT I used Xenadrine and it worked for me. I used it for about 5 months. Lots and lots of people are recommending lipo 6.

    But if you ask me now, cardio would be the best way to lose some fat. Save your money. I'm just finishing what was left from before. I won't ever buy a supplement for "energy" anymore. If I feel really tired and fatigued, its either I'll resort to something that has a lot of caffeine in it or just don't train at all (when you're not feeling well at all it is recommended that you don't train at all).

    if you want definition and want to get more cut..i'd put away the no-explode for now...save it for later when you want to bulk up (maybe end of summer?)

    i agree, take some cheap bulk creatine instead (like primaforce or higher power CEE caps)

    as for the fat burner...designer supplements Melting Point..and scivation Sesamin work really well together i found...make sure you watch your diet too, and do tons of cardio (30-45 mins each time, even if its slow its ok)

    thanks for the advice! i appreciate it, but am i right? i can take a fat burner and creatine at the same time right? like fatburner at morning and creatine after workout, what will gonna happen? coz im trying to drop bodyfat, but i need to maintain muscles, and what kind of protein shakes do i take for cutting...

    If you want to burn fat and gain muscle, but are worried about mixing n.o. Xplode with a diet pill like hot roxx, hydroxie cut, ect., here's what I do.....no xplode 20 min before work out, protein isolate post workout, and I take two raspberry keytone vitamin supplements a day weather I work out or not, it has no caffeine, hope this helps
