I think the world is still unsure of the effects on this.
I like to eat light before sleeping. Probably a protien shake, or a half of tuna sandwich or something.
And ALOT of times, I have to wake up really early for a few classes at school. I come back home, eat a meal, then I go back to sleep for a few hours.
I seem to do this alot. I am currently in a CLEAN bulking stage. Does anyone know personally any effects from NAPPING and/or sleeping while eating?

I usually dont get enough sleep
During School, I usually dont get enough sleep. I have to be up at 7 every morning, and I usually get to bed around 12-2...because thats when I naturally feel tired, even with all the eating and working out I do.
So when I usually get home from class, thats when I make it up....
I reallly hate doing it....but its just hard for me to get to bed around 10. Like last-night, I went to bed at 4 am because I was out at a club. I got up at 11:30...ate, watched a movie, then I slept from 2-5. I feel like crap now.

i'm cutting and i wake up most nights (not on purpose i just need to pee during the night) so i have some food. I've found it helps with your progress, it seems to keep my metabolism running well.
