Hey Guys,
Matt Wenning here. I love using my experience to train people. For example, I have a seminar coming up that's aligns with the ARNOLD CLASSIC here in Columbus, Ohio. You guys should check it out at my website. I find that a lot of people make a lot of mistakes with bench and deadlift training that they never even would have thought of... it takes an expert assessing you for you to really know your weaknesses.

New Shanghai Log!
"225, 315, 405 whatever. Yeah these benchmark digits come to mean a lot to us, the few warriors in this arena. They are, however, just numbers. I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel

For bench press, do push-ups and dumbbell presses to build chest, shoulders, and triceps for deadlifts, focus on squats and I'll suggest you to try mallakhamb muscle strengthening exercises to strengthen lower body. Add weight slowly for progress I'll also like to refer you this amazing article on increasing muscle strength.
