Hey guys,
I am gonig to do a bulk in about a week or so, and wanted to get a creatine/no2 combo. I am not taking anything besides the basics (whey, multi, fish oil) at the moment, so I wanted to get something that could gimme a bit of a boost during my bulk
I like Full Throttle Xtreme from Extreme Labs mainly because it has Kre-Alkalyn in it which is supposed to be so good. Any advice on this supp.? Do you think there is a better creatine/no2 supp. I might also get some BCAA's with it. Any advice would help a lot, thanks!

For BCAA I personally recommend scivation xtend, its one of the best recovery supplements on the market. The results that people have seen with xtend speak for themselves. We at scivation/primaforce recommend you take 0.17 grams x bodyweight of BCAA+20-40 grams of EAA from whey protein and start sipping 15 min pre workout and continue to sip throughout workout. If you can not afford this we recommend 1-3 servings sipped throughout day and workout.

Yeah I know I lied when I said I didnt try it, but does it really count when I was a newbie when I took it? I apologize to PU12 and CL that I didnt say I took their product when I did. But like I said I need to give it another go before I cna give a good or bad review on it. But does that count when I didnt know what I was doing? Ive taken so many supplements and creatines when I first started lifting I dont even know what worked and what didnt.
Again sorry PU. Im sure you remember when I did take it, because I asked you questions on dosage when I was taking it if you do recall.Last edited by young_squatter; 05-13-2006 at 10:19 AM.

I find that a simple creatine monohydrate supplement is fine for my workout sessions. I don't seem to need to take a NO2 product as my pumps are already workout-stopping with how large my biceps get. I credit most of this natural pump to my diet.
One of the best things you can do for extra energy is removing all white flour products and starches from your diet (besides oatmeal) and eatting alot of fruits/vegs and nutrient rich foods along side with a good multivitamin.
I think too many people underestimate the power of a full dosage of vitamins in their diets. By cutting white bread and white flour products out of your diet, in 2 weeks time your body will begin absorbing a **** load more vitamins. This process may or may not contribute to a more balanced NO2 system, which I think it does for me at least.

I will throw a quick 2-cents in and say that I feel that Green Bulge/White Blood is a fantastic stack. It was extremely effective for me and it is quite affordable.
I haven't tried XCEED so I would not be able to comment on it. (honest )There is a time in every man's education when he arrives at the conviction that envy is ignorance; that imitation is suicide; that he must take himself for better, for worse, as his portion; that though the wide universe is full of good, no kernel of nourishing corn can come to him but through his toil bestowed on that plot of ground which is given to him to till.
