today on the way home from gym, I stopped at a market and bought a snickers and eat it. Is this a good thing eating after u've done with exercises or not?

better than some things I can think of but top of the PWO list should be a
nice big protein shake with a lil simple sugars. It all depends how serious you are an where you wanna get to! Proper nutrition is more important than training to get the BBBody you want! IMO! But hey, better eat the snicker PWO rather than just before bed and at least you managed to only have the one, the supermarket would be outta snickers if i stopped there, hehe!I won't judge you if u don't judge me!
work hard play hard!!
where ther's a will there's a way!
and gimmee more grub!

I forgot my protein shake the other day, so I stopped at Burger King and had a double whopper with cheese and mayo, a large fry, some chicken fries and a 32oz coke. Is that ok too?

And of course we can't forget the poster who said some huge guy at the gym told him that the best thing immediately post-workout is...2 cups of lard.
He wanted to make sure it was sound advice, and where he could buy some.

I used to do this all the time. Can't really tell if it worked or not, but it was back in my "broke days". Not a bad choice, but not the best either.
