    If your hitting your back hard with pullups, chins and bent rows, then you really need no more than 4 bicep exercises afterwards IMO. I like to pick 2 and go 6-8 reps on the first exercise and 10-12 on the second.

    i agree, isolation exer after doing compounds are worthless IMO, maybe a set of preacher and a set of hammer curls, thats what I do to make myself feel like i did something lol

    I would start out at zero, but if your arms don't keep up with the rest of your body, then add in a few sets of curls or whatever. And don't neglect triceps either, they're about 2/3 of your arms.

    aigth cool, thx for the help guys

    before, i used to do 3 excersises for biceps, then i dropped it to 2, now im doin 1 for them because i hit my back alot harder than i used to
