i dont eat rice, but have thought about getting a rice cooker and cooking up a few days worth to take to work with me.

may be a good investment, along with the george foreman grill.

try this. Its prolly my favorite meal.

Cook your rice (boiled)

Sautee some onions and fresh mushrooms

fry some ground pork, and mix with the onions and mushrooms.

Add curry to this mixture

Mix it with the rice.

Season with soya sauce.

Watch how much curry you put in, it can get pretty hot, but man i think its top 3 best rice dishes I have ever had

It uses tomato paste, basmati rice (you could always substitute with brown), safron, lots of spices, I think (but not sure) lentals...

And I have enough chest to pin a dozen metals

Antonio...I just throw all of it in the rice cooker. I add 1/c of chopped onions and 1 to 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic!! It's a lot of garlic...but I love the stuff.
