Orange Triad.. I'm an avid runner and get the occasionaly joint pains around my knees and foot. Orange Triad has been helping temendously even since I've added it to my daily routine.

you have to use wrist wraps along with any joint support product...

I started using the NOW brand liquid glucosamine and msm a few months back due to knee pain after running 6+ miles after 2 weeks of taking 1 tablespoon a day the knee pain is gone. The best part about it is that's it's about the cheapest joint support I've seen so why try any others?

It should work fine. There was a study by the army a while back and some supps were like 90% as potent 10 yrs past expiration iirc. They're usually designed to become inert after they expire so there's very little chance it would be dangerous if you wanted to try it.

I email USPlabs and they said it is only good for 3 months, then it looses its efficacy. Have you noticed the new direction instructions: Dont need to wait 10 minutes to eat..

I have found that a supplement called Movexa made by Vitamin Boat works best for my joints. I play hockey and baseball in addition to weight lifting. I have tendonitis in my right knee and in both wrists and constant ankle pains. I have been through countless treatments, been given several prescriptions, I have even had surgery in order to correct the problem (which didn't work...). Prescription pills resulted with more side effects than good. Tri-Flex from GNC worked for a while before the pain got too serious.

I looked through this blog and have found that the majority of the ingredients mentioned are contained in Movexa anyway... haha. I would say after about 5-6 days of taking these pills (starting back in February 2012), I noticed that my joints weren't as painful and they felt sturdier (..is the only way I can describe it). Within about a month and a half I almost forgot that I had joint problems. I still feel pain once in a while, but as far as natural supplements go, Movexa by Vitamin Boat works best for me.

I like Joint Support by Top Secret Nutrition. It has more stuff in it than a traditional joint support formula (like AstraGin to help with nutrient absorption) that I find make it more effective.

I would say Animal Flex by Universal nutrition makes a fantastic joint flex support compound. It has 5000mg of joint boost compounds and for 44 servings at 27 bucks it is hard to beat. TKE Boost support is another good joint boost product, but Universal nutrition will never let you down. Enjoy!

all I can do is agree. I've been using this stuff since I first tried it. I felt less pain within a week and it keeps the join issues minimal if ever. Just make sure you get the one labeled "join-suport) because they have like 5 different ones.
