Animal Omega, it is much more than just fish oil. It is a complete, full spectrum EFA formula.

Did you have an injury prior to starting Animal Flex? It does usually take 2-4 weeks to fully kick in.

The tablets may have rubbed against the softgel and creating the brown spots, it's doesn't affect the product.

It looks more like oxidization than just rubbing.. I personally prefer Cissus but it gave me some weird side effects like shortness of breath (maybe anxiety) and gastritis...I just had shoulder surgery and was debating btw Osteo-sport vs Cissus.. Cant tell which has more % of Cissus Quadrangularis, both state is a blend of different ingredients...Anyone?

    Joints

You must take joint supplements. Animal Flex, Ostio Bioflex triple strength, etc. Fish oil is also good specially for inflamation. Add Vit D and Calcium for the bones if you arent doing it already.

    Thumbs up SuperCissus RX

My choice for the best joint support supplement would hands down have to be SuperCissus RX! I have taken other joint support products such as TripleFlex and SuperCissus RX blows it and the rest out of the water. Not only do most joint support supplements require you to take it for at least 3-4 weeks before you notice ANY results, but the results are usually poor and substandard. SuperCissus started working for me after THE FIRST TIME. No joke people...this is an incredible product. My elbow joints would scream at me for weeks at a time with no reprieve (especially during and after arms workouts). With SuperCissus, I have not had any pain in over two weeks and my joints feel much stronger in and out of the gym. Give this one a try people!
    Always happy....Never satisfied..

Four Way Joint Formula from Pure Essence Labs is an excellent, affordable product
InstaFlex is awesome but its incredibly expensive and easy to replicate with PE's Four Way and some other products available online (cayenne pepper, etc...) at less than half the price

PrimaForce Cissus has always worked awesome for me. Took 1 Fast 400 brand as well and that worked very well too. Cissus is the miracle joint supp not enough people know about.

Glucosamine + Chondroitin w/MSM works very well when you first start taking it. Wears off after a while.

Fish Oil works also. Currently taking an Omega 3-6-9 supp instead and it seems to be working also.

When lifting heavy or training hard, a joint supplement is ideal. Joint materials like glucosamine, chondroitin, hyalauronic acid are hard to obtain from food sources so it's always good to take a joint-specific supplement. Throw some EFAs into the mix as well.

1 st Choice Now Liquid Glucosamine and Chondroiton w/ MSM why because it helps lubricate your joints in a sense rebuild and repair. Liquid because it will absorb better.

2nd Choice SuperCissus by USP Labs because it will help with tendon issues as well and when you stack the two together it can help with pain relief.
