shoulders and triceps

Rite i have a qu i have made new workout plan and its over 5 days and i have shoulders and triceps on the same day and then i have traps and biceps on the same day is this a gd combination plz tell me

You should do shoulders with traps since you have indirects on traps with shoulders. And do tris and bis together

im gonna have to disagree on that. i would ALWAYS work chest and tris together because most chest excercises ie. benching and dips all use triceps. and i would always work back and bis together seeing as almost all bicep routines put some pressure on the back. I hope this helps.

try out this new workout plan and see how it goes. Give it about one and half to two months, and if it does not seem to work out, make changes. everyone is different so you need to figure out which combination works best for you.

it's ggod that you add variety to your workouts. but i'd rather do my tris and bis together and my traps and delts together. in almost every shoulder exercise, especially laterals your traps also benefit from it. or you can do chest/bis then lats/tris.

Well I had typed out an indepth ans for you, but my computer froze (low RAM and alot of multitasking goin on) .... Now Iam kinda pissed I wasted all that time and I don even remember what I wrote before .... So I guess bad luck for you ...

How do back and triceps work together? Back and biceps work together. Exercises like barbell rows and chins hit back and biceps.
