right now I do biceps/forearms on leg day, and usually my back day is right after that.
thing is my biceps are still a little sore today so should I lay of back today to let them recover or will doing back the day after biceps help them grow?

I highly disagree. If by back you're referring to lats, then you should work them with biceps always. As a matter of fact all the big bicep builders work lats too (pullups, chinups, rows). Those two work hand-to-hand and working lats after biceps is like working biceps two days in a row which is never good because you need at least 2-3 rest days after working a muscle before you start working that one again.
