    Binge Problem

I have always had a problem with dieting, but it seems lately that I am having more and more of a problem with binging. If I am not strict dieting I am eating everything in site. How far should I let this go? It is causiing huge weight changes and I think it is turning into a problem. Is this a disorder? Or does anyone have any advice on this subject? I feel that I might be getting into a vicious cycle here....

    I know how you feel!

Unfortunately, I live with others, but the best thing is probably not to have the foods you binge on in the house!
If it's not there, you can't eat it.

As Amanda mentionned, don't keep junk food at home.
When you feel like binging, try drinking lots of water, or leave the house for a walk or to meet pple.

Don't isolate yourself. That's the worst thing to do.

    Good luck.

once you get a good diet started , one thing you should try to do is drink LOTS of water in between meals. when im cutting up, water helps suppress my hunger and it is a lot easier to eat less.

weight training and cardio are so damn good for your health, but its up to you. keep trying and keep going. good luck.
    i like to eat

I have been in your footsteps my friend. The solution to your problem is to simply document everyday exacty when and what you eat. It's so easy to take a bag or pretzels or chips and gorge yourself. That is physiologically the way we are made up anyways. Documenting what you eat will give you better discipline and also allow you to review on a daily, weekly, monthly basis what your eating and will help pinpoint problem areas. Try going to www.bodyforlife.com to get some free print outs. Hope this helps.
