I have heard talk around that you guys are releasing a book.
My assumption would be, since you guys have a nutritionist and a trainer or two, that the book will have information on diet/nutrition as well as some training information (I would also assume supplementation :P).
Is this right?
A secondary question would be: How much info about Chuck Diets is going to be in the book?
Thanks guys. If the information I think is going to be in there, is in there, I'm very interested.
