I have heard talk around that you guys are releasing a book.

My assumption would be, since you guys have a nutritionist and a trainer or two, that the book will have information on diet/nutrition as well as some training information (I would also assume supplementation :P).

Is this right?

A secondary question would be: How much info about Chuck Diets is going to be in the book?

Thats correct, Also the book has so much info about chucks diet, you will be amazed on how much info chuck gives out in this book.

The book will be out in 4-6 weeks.

That's not an excuse... some of what you have said to others was downright disrespectful and hurtful. Saying "i'm just kidding" doesn't cut it. You need to apologize to those you've insulted. You can't go up and smack someone on the street then say "oh calm down i was just kidding, you misinterpreted it" and not expect repurcussions.
