Check the address. Make sure they match.

Mine was declined for that reason.

So we just put CD6 in the promotional/discount code section and then the book is free? What about the credit card, do we still have to enter that?

Or do we not even have to "order" it if we sent you an e-mail to take care of that?

yup, had same shipping and billing address, but was declined. Money has been taken from the account though (though it may just be a temporary hold, have to wait a few days to see whether it went through or got rejected).

If the charge went through and it says it was not ecceoted, the funds will appear in your bank.

As for the ordering site, we might have some bugs to work out.
