Question advocare spark energy drink mix

Anyone use this stuff? Is there a better product out there that may work better, still safe, and a better price. My friend is using it and it's breaking the bank for her. She isn't trying to gain mass just somthing to keep her going while doing cardio or light weight training.
    Thanks

    !!

i have never even heard of this stuff. if it is breaking the bank of the user then try Redline by VPX. it isn't too badly priced. i want to try this new Endorush drink by BSN but it is kind of pricey too. from what i have heard, it blows your energy levels through the roof. try Endorush.
supplements- whey protein, special two vitamin, amino fuel, NO Xplode, Tren Xtreme, Mass Xtreme, liver detoxifier and support, p5p, Reversitol, Met-RX Big 100 meal replacement bars, and lots of calories!

Advocare is a multi-level marketing cult. They will tell you their suppliments are basically designed by Jesus and his scientific board of super geniuses. They are over-priced on almost everything except their POS2 product (which I think is a good product). But to answer your question, yes there are plenty of other energy drinks with sugar & caffein in them to help her keep going.

Are you talking about the Sparks energy drink that they sell at bars?

I used to drink it before a night out, but only because it was free to me. The only thing in there that is dosed properly is the caffeine. It's pretty much garbage as far as I'm concerned.

So we've determined that spark sucks. So is there a similar product that works well and won't cause your heart explode? I read some reviews on redline and it seems many people felt shakey and jittery after it, and these are mostly bigger guys not a woman, any thoughts?

P.S. Rockhardabbs I don't think sparks is the same thing this is usually used as a pre-workout booster

I have tried lots of energy drinks and pills. If you have to go with an energy drink I personally like the ABB stuff for getting a decent rush of energy. If I had to recommend a single product though, my PERSONAL favorite is C2 from USPLABS which is a pill form not energy drink ... just down it with water. I prefer this type of energy over most energy drinks. When I engage in very rigorous training I seem to be able to keep going and keep going.

I remember Advocare being at all of the big wrestling tourneys in Reno, NV (Sierra Nevada Classic, Tournament of Champs, WOW) They would have kids lined up for spark...and their other recovery products. My mom bought me the whole system one year. i think i tossed half of it
What i remember of it, Mixed and tasted like crap. Kinda like a bitter orangy taste that had clump in it...glycergrow mixes better, jk and didnt do jack for my energy levels.
Any other energy drink is better. Redline, Endorush, Ripped Force

    Love Spark

I have been using Spark for a long time now, along with alot of my family, and multiple friends. It works great and is better for you than alot of other energy drinks. For those of you who dont like it, it is your opinion. Not all energy drinks are meant for everybody. Spark is cheaper than 5-hour energy and red bull. It is meant to be an energy drink, not a pre-workout. AdvoCare sells a pre-workout. But it works fine.

Lmao. Advocare is obviously nothing more than another **** company with **** products attempting to **** over consumers for their cash while giving simple neuron "jitters" peddling what they call energy at the lowest possible price, FOR THEM.
Their "sugar-free" garbage is ten times worse than even refined sugar because like every other mass produced **** product out there that boasts the sugar free lie bull****, it contains sucralose, the true chemical name of Splenda, a lab-made chlorocarbon that chlorinates your brain after passing the blood-brain barrier and tricks your body to respond to it like a sugar by the carbon-bonded absorption of chlorine molecules into the brain and heavily ****ing with the overall health of your nervous system which inevitably leads to muscular degeneration, the very thing we're all trying to avoid.
If you want ENERGY preworkout, you take some ****in GOOD complex carbs like granola. You want mental energy to stay awake, eat a ****in orange. They're both cheap as **** and they work if you're even remotely healthy inside because they're FOOD, not pills, vitamin caps or liquid synthetic, refined chemical bull****. It's not rocket science, retards. An idiot with the IQ of a ****in gerbil could see how any company that's so exclusively dependent on the marketing alone of hauling their worthless **** product for any financial success is as inherently worthless as the product. It's amusing to see how on all the promotional seller's/corporate cocksucker's sites online, these two-faced ****ers try so hard to hide the actual COMPLETE list of ingredients in their product by laying it out in ambiguous paragraph format even when you search for it. Other sites make you find a tiny little drop down list to see it.(since they know most of the consumers in the fitness world are starting to grow atleast somewhat of a brain compared to average human consumers when it comes to health and chemical/synthetic garbage conscientiousness in the relation to not just fitness but overall health).
The following is a list of their chemical trash copy/pasted in advocare's spark that they're apparently trying to hide:
    (Notice sucralose at the bottom)

    Other ingredients:
Vitamin A (as beta-carotene), Vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl), Vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin), Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl acetate), Thiamine (as HCl), Riboflavin, Niacin (as niacinamide), Pantothenic acid (as calcium pantothenate), Zinc (as zinc monomethionine), Copper (as copper glycinate), Chromium (as chromium citrate), Choline (as bitartrate and citrate), L-Tyrosine, Taurine, Caffeine , Glycine, Citrus flavonoids, Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), L-Carnitine (as tartrate), Inositol, Maltodextrin, citric acid, sucralose, silicon dioxide

I do and I really like it!

I have tried most of the Advocare Elite line and I think it is on par with most of the stuff that's currently out there. Granted it is a wholesale direct marketing company but the products are in fact effective. Over my years I have had the opportunity to try a multitude of supplement products and the Advocare Elite products are as good as anything out there. The Spark product is a great product and does not mess with your body like many other energy drinks. It will make you alert and awake and that is all, no jitters or any other issues that come with many energy drinks. Because Advocare is a direct marketing company she is able to reduce her costs if she becomes a wholesale customer. On average she would be paying around $1.55 a drink which by industry standards is phenomenal. But in the end it comes down to preference, effectiveness, and cost.

    Smile Spark drink

I also use Spark and will vouch for the zero jitters and no GI problems for me. I feel awake and alert but not like I want to run a marathon, as what happens when taking 5-hour energy. I don't sell the stuff and if you try and pin me as a supplements pusher, I'll gladly perform some root canals on you and finish up with some deep restorations (fillings) sans anesthesia. Then I'll put braces on you and give you rabbit teeth along with pushing a molar up into your maxillary sinus. I'll remove the molar through your nostril with a pair of forceps I pick up off the floor. Anyway....don't knock a product until you try it. I also took Herbalife liftoff or something like that and it made me feel weird, not in a good way. Again, try it for yourself and make your own conclusions. Also, I've never heard of anyone dying from Spark. Can't say the same for 5-hour unfortunately.

P.S. If you need any dental work done...find someone else because I purposefully misled you. I'm an orthodontist and don't perform root canals, extractions or fillings. I can give you rabbit teeth though!
