Stuck between 2 hook on the squat rack
hi, i fall between 2 different things on the squat rack. I'm to tall for one and to short for one. So when i rack the bar i have to really bend my knees. But when I workout with my lugz i rack it on the higher hook, does anyone else have this problem where no hook on the rack is right for them..

I accidentally put the moveable squat track hooks one hole too high last week in the power cage, and ended having to really shrug up and kind of tippy toe it into place every time. I didn't feel like moving them once I had the bar all loaded down. It's better to have to go down a little too low then have it too high--it's kind of like getting stuck under a BB bench press without a spotter. (I would've used the squat rack but some lazy jerk was doing BB shrugs using it)

Seriously, go for the shorter one. Much easier to bend your knees a bit and rack it after an intense set of squats than trying to calf-raise the bar onto a rack thats too high.

Whenever I sit on a bench, the bench is never wide enough and my butt ends up hanging over the sides a little. I've complained to the front desk about this, but they have not done anything about it yet.

Lower pin is better. Take out anything higher so it doesn't get in the way. You should be able to walk straight into the rack and drop it on the pins.
