K i just got a bottle of this stuff. Says to take 4-8 caps 1-2 hours before working out. Can I take that full dose the first time? Or do you have to ease into it? I just noticed you can get 10g of the powder for almost the same price. How do you measure out mg of powder? Thanks

Oh just a heads up if you guys ever want to find stuff that actually works stay away from the BIG manufacturers if they fart in a weak wind in anartica the FDA spy satelites would smell it and launch nuclear missles at them. I found a site tht actually produces (for once). And because these ba*&^% keep deleting my posts...it must actually mean something (tht means good geniuses). Anyways screw um' now Im mad and I have nothing better to do.

The site is www.*********.com. The names of the stuff are kind of cheesy which made me suspicious...but none the less I was VERY surprised. 16 lbs and drop in body fat by 16 points. AND that was on 5000 kcal a day! The ones who actually know what that means will crap their pants. Heres the skinny. Annadrall (worked really good). Dekka (was pissed at first but brought out some vascularity even with the excess water retention). Dbol was really good to. Hopefully you guys check this out before the ba*$%^ delete this.

over 100mg a day is an overkill if you got the good stuff.

ok.... at the risk of being ridiculed i will share my thoughts on this stuff over the next few weeks.
i`m 39 yrs old, workout a few days /week. 5`9" tall and about 175 lbs at the moment. have had a normal health sex drive all my life but have had troubles the last few years. interest has gone down and so has the frequency. when we do have sex, the plumbing only works 100% about half the time. so i have been searching for some supplements to try and help out. not looking for a miracle cure but just something to get things moving back in the right direction. found this stuff online and read this thread awhile back. found a supplier and thought i would give it a try. i`m not a huge believer in most of what i rad about sex supplements so i was a bit nervous. took 50 mg yesterday about an hour before supper. last night by bed time i was feelin` pretty "in the mood". well....one thing leads to another and we did what comes natural (pardon the pun). the difference was that after i released it stayed "up". we actually kept going and went again not long after. now for some of you this may seem like no big deal but for me it was huge!!!. this has NEVER happened in my life. NEVER !!! i don`t know if the tongkat was why it happened but it was the only thing i took that was different that day. so i am going to try taking one pill (50mg maybe every other day to see what happens in the days ahead. i will write again to let you know what happens.

quick update....been using on and off for a while now. cannot honestly say i have noticed any increase in libido......BUT......my girlfriend says we have been having sex a lot more often (she keeps track of these things ya know) so i`ll be trying to keep on a more rigid schedule of taking this stuff at least til the bottles gone. then i`ll decide if is worth getting more.

For sexual health, try doing kegal exercises. Start out light with one hundred, 1 second kegals every other day. After a week or so you can 50 five second kegals and a one or two minute squeeze. Remember, it's a muscle so don't overdo it. This should help with erection quality.

I'm taking 4 per day, 2 in the morning an 2 in the late afternoon. So far it seems to be working, judging by the aggressive feelings I get. Seems to be affecting the "plumbing" in a positive way too.

I've noticed the same thing. It seems to lose its effectiveness after ~3 weeks for me, but then if I take a month or so off things are fine again.

Me? I dumped the LJ100 pills and I've been using bulk 100 powder for awhile now. I've found that about 2 weeks on and one week off works best for me. Definite and unmistakable increase in T levels (increased desire/pleasure, harder in the morning, more energy, better mood). Strengthwise, I think it's probably turned the clock back for me about 5 or 6 years, which in my case, is a good thing.
