2 X 600 MG is already pricey and i think it depends the weight too if i weigh 160 lb i dont imagine one has to take the same dose of a person weighing over 200 lb

Oh, as for how I'm taking it. I'm going Monday - Friday on, weekends off for 8 weeks then I'll take a full week off. That'll give me 40 out of 63 days on for at 63%/37% split which is in line with recommendations. I take 600 mg, 4 times a day.

The way you are dosing Mon-Fri and weekends off is the way I have always dosed TKA and it's always worked well
that way and as for amount it depends on the person some will need 2, 3, or 4 a day of the 600 mg caps but keep
us posted cause I've only used the 100:1, 50:1, and 20:1 but never the 200:1 so I'm curious to see how it works for you.

Dorcey, there is a list of good sellers at www.tongkatreviews.com. I personally began using a few months ago and it has worked really well for me. If you have a "plumbing" problem it will not help, but if it is simply Low T leading to low libido it seems to work very well (for me it did anyways). Also, people that expect huge gains like when on roids are expecting too much. I personally order from www.authentictongkatali.com. I'm almost done with my second bottle. It is a small company but the brand they sell is good (Sumatra Pasak Bumi) and there the cheapest I found for 600mg 200:1. That is the strongest dose and I have found I only have to take two pills a day, 5 days a week.

Tongkat ali tinctures are always a scam, that's for sure. Somebody buys a bottle of tongkat ali extract, then dissolves the content of one capsule in 200 cc of water, and then fills ten little bottles with the liquid. Take five drops twice a day, hahaha. The only effect of tongkat ali tinctures is to enrich sellers. 2000 bottles of tincture from a single container of 100 caps of tongkat ali extract.

Hi Sean, rumor has got out about how bitter tongkat ali is, so now some companies are putting bitter substances in there products to make them seem real. Pure tongkat ali is somewhat bitter, but not unbareably. Also, it is not very soluble. You can put it in a liquid and drink it if you don't like taking capsules, but it will not dissolve completely.

I will see how I go this week and increase the dose weekly if I feel I need. I'm not looking for a MEGA test boost, as my test is lower than average for my age, but I still feel good.

Anyone have any recent experiences with legit TKA?

200:1 long jack should work at about 200mg a day max. Also you would know because it kicks in fast, esp at a dose over 400mg in one day, and about 10 hours to 24 hours later you should get very hungry and warm.

I would guess you have something more like 1:1 or 5:1 TKA.

I'm pretty sure if you need 1200mg, its not 200:1 for the correct alkaloids. Extracts can be 200:1 of anything. I'm sure
that product does not contain 200x the favorable alkaloids as a 1:1 root. Not if you need 1200mg. Barlows is a popular
brand. I'm also not saying its fake. I'm saying ignore the 200:1 and just find whatever dose works for you at a given price.

For me its about 100mg. Also it buids up...so if you increase your dosage you may not see the results of the increased dosage for 2 days after you take it. You can take a strong long jack once every 2 days. But if you take it over 10 days in a row results go away.

Good info! Many thanks for the help. I'll keep this thread in mind and post some results. Unfortunately, I've not done any preblood work, but will go off what I notice. So far, I just feel a little more positive in mood. This week, I started on Tuesday and will stop Friday/tomorrow. Last week, I did four days on, two off as well. Next week will start the 5/2 for another 3 weeks or so.

Thanks again, Chuck. Another question: will this herb and dosage cause estrogen issues or require any PCT? I'm just looking for a slight boost and not to have my hormones go haywire on me.
