I posted a thread while back about my progress in losing weight and getting in shape with pictures, but I think this one gets the message across much better.
From left to right, first picture is me Feb 1, 2005. Second one is me July 2, 2005. Third one is me Feb 1, 2006. Fourth and fifth are me last week and a few weeks ago. Yeah, I went tanning No, it's not a burn, my skin is weird and turnes red about 4 hours after I tan and then goes back to normal.

Wow
WOW, that is DAMN impressive. I would continue to loose about 5-7 more lbs. Your legs, arms, chest, neck looks VERY great. The only thing that looks like what you would fat first on is your HIPS. It looks like you may still have alittle bit more to go on the hips, I can't tell very well by the picture.
Wow...I bet thats really neat to have those pictures like that....
Good work...but I wouldn't bulk up just yet, thats my personal opinion.
You might want to ask yourself do you want to bulk up right this minute? The way you look now is such a catastrophic difference...you might want to enjoy yourself alittle first.
PS- Your skin is turning red because of the Product you are using. Most likely a tingling lotion, which leaves your skin red for a few hours, then quits. Be careful with that stuff....your skin is turning red because it is DAMAGED!
A bronzer is as much as I go with lotion, gives me great results without having to go 3 times a week. I used regular hemp seed oil stuff, but the results were so slow I had to go in too much...and I didn't want to become addicted.Last edited by FendersRule; 05-10-2006 at 02:27 AM.

Awesome job dude.
Smile a little, you've definitely earned it. Be proud of that transformation."9 Out of 10 Americans Do not get eat enough whole grain"....
