im about to start BCAAs during my cut. I'm getting some from the EAS RTD Precision Protein that i usually drink 2-3 bottles of daily, but i'm also going to be taking the APEX BCAA RECOVERY tablets before workouts.
Is there a damaging effect when taking to much? may be a dumb question but id rather be safe. thanks

You shouldn't get anything negative. I believe if you "overdose" on BCAA's, the leftover from what your body doesn't need is just wasted. If you are just taking a protein with some BCAA's (most proteins don't have near enough) and a BCAA supp.. you should be fine. I take ON 100% Whey Gold Standard and Animal Nitro, and I love it and have gotten nothing negative at all.

i got ripped off on a bottle of APEX BCAA Recovery. im sure it's decent stuff but i only paid the 20 bucks for the 15-18 day supply cuz i wanted them ASAP.
but id like to order some cheaper, hopefully more effective pills offline. what are some good BCAA products to take, and how should i dose them??

I would try and get a powdered BCAA product like MRM BCAA+ G, ICE or Bulk. Although there are nothing wrong with tabs the about you would need to get the same about of BCAA's it's just not cost effective. Also you really cannot pop caps during your workout. If you do get a powdered BCAA product I would dose it at .17g per pound of bodyweight. I would sip that pre\during\post workout. If you like you can also stack EAA's with this.
In terms of overdosing BCAA's, I have used 40g pre\during\post workout and 40 more grams spread thoughout the day with no problems. Just up your h2o intake.
