I know m1t is worse than sd as far as sides go, but how about gains. Which produces better gains? Both strength and size. I have done an sd cycle and I am not sure if I want to do another SD or a m1t cycle. I have searched the forum and havent really found solid evidence to which is better, so this is just for those with experience. BTW im 24

for me, SD gave me the same gains as M1T, but w/o the physical+mental sides of M1T.

SD, Sides were minimal for me and i put on around 17 lbs and kept 14.
