    No bread...no rice...no pasta....

Will not eating any carbs like bread, pasta, rice, potatoes put me into ketosis? Will I burn fat? Will eating a diet like this jumpstart fatloss? The diet would consist of protein, veggies, fruits, milk and cheese?

Just curious? I know someone who is doing this and they claim that they are not loosing muscle and they are NOT in ketosis? I am confused.
Everybody wants to know what I am on. What am I on? I'm on my bike ... six hours a day. What are you on?'

Mrs.Fitness, dropping those things is a good start but also dropping milk & fruit is recommended on a keto diet as well.

vege's should be mostly greens (broccolli, asparagus, green beans,bok-choy etc.) are good choices.

type in keto in the search area here and loads of stuff will come up that will help you out with this.
