    Best time to take L-Glutamine ?

    I've just bought Higher Power L-Glutamine and to start off for the loading phase you have to take it 3 times a day and I was just wondering when would be the best times to take it : morning, pre-workout & bedtime or what would be the best times ?

    then i would suggest waiting until you are cutting, because glutamine is little, if any, help while bulking.

    I've heard a lot of people say that it is a "neccessity" to take L-Glutamine with creatine, multi vitamins and protein to get to the size which you desire without taking the steroids route because the L-Glutamine helps prevent muscle deteriation which could be the difference between putting on 4kg of lean mass or 5kg of lean mass so that's why I want to take it while bulking to try and give myself the opportunity to gain as much as possible ? So regardless of cutting ot bulking what times would you recommend taking it ?

    Well i agree with 391 that it would be better used on a cut but i would take 5g with every meal.
