I like to buy ON %100 Whey Protien becasuse it taste decent (all I have had is vanilla) and supposedly its the cheapest at vitamin shoppee per the gram? It seems to have good reviews as well.

I've only tried chocolate, vanilla, and tropical punch and I can say chocolate was way better than vanilla. Vanilla was gross. Tropical punch isn't bad.. good for water. It's definately not comparable to syntrax fuzzy navel though.
From my reading this is what I can say..
Cookies N Creme- You either love it, or you HATE it.
Chocolate Mint- Seems like a lot of people like it.
Rocky Road- Sounds very sweet tasting, many people like it.
Strawberry- I haven't heard anything on this one.I ain't straight outta compton, I'm straight out the trailer

i only tried strawberry it was ok
I just ordered a 10 lb of vanilla, cuz people were sayin it was the best flavor, and now you guys are saying it is gross.
I guess ill order chocolate next time.

I've only had the chocolate flavour and that's the only one I'm going to have because why change a good thing, right ? Optimum's shakes are BY FAR the best tasting protein shakes I've had !

05-08-2006, 04:23 PM #10The vanilla is actually quite flavorless when mixed with milk. You can barely taste a difference between milk by itself and milk mixed with vanilla ON whey. Never mixed it with water before. The chocolate's good, stay away from the strawberry.Originally Posted by SMIN

i've tried cookies and cream and let me tell you IT IS NOT VERY GOOD. its very chalky and tastes horrible. then i bought a tub of chocolate mint and i love it. tastes VERY good, maybe better than muscle milk.

well I bought the chocolate mint and it taste just great like chocolate mint should. It does not mix as well as vinillia does though for some reason, but the taste makes up for it...
