What do you think is the best product for muscle building?
I have tried many products out there and some of them are ok but none of them really give me the results im looking for. I would like to know what products you think are the best and which products do you use and what your results were. I do exercise properly and eat well.

!!
lots of food, lots of devotion, and time. no single product is the "best" at building muscle except for maybe steroids but face it, the steroid route is risky. not so much from a health standpoint but from a legal one. plus, these days there are so many black market fake steroids out there that you are taking a huge chance by buying them. like i said, food, devotion, and time. be patient.

in order of importance:
#1. food (a good multi and whey could go here)
#2. hitting the gym
#3. lot of rest
#4. supps like creatine or no2
If you only do the top 3, you will get amazing gains if you are patient and dedicated.

bottom line......
no matter how hard you THINK you train, or how good you THINK your diet is...if you arent making good gains, you need to change what you are doing.
keep in mind, supplements will only account for 5% or less of your actual gains. (and that is on DRUG-FREE terms for all of you smart ass superdrol juice monkeys)

I would go with, other than food of course, a good cell volumizer, some good ones you can look into are Bulk Cee, SwoleN, Xpand, and Size On.

All of those choices are great, but the food is the most important thing that you can have.
