    Is it better to work each body part once or twice per week?

    I have always done it twice with decent(but not incredible) results and I have just recently heard that once is better. Is that true. I will definitly bring it down to once per week if I am wasting my effort.

    Keep doing them twice a week until you stop seeing results, and then swtich to once a week.

    Why not try doing each muscle every 4, 5 or 6 days?

    It does not have to be once or twice a week. It can be in between too Find the timeline that gives you the best results.
