    Question 3 or 4 day split for strength and size?

    Which do you guys think is superior in gaining strength and size, a 3-day split, or a 4-day split. I'm on a 3-day split right now(bulking) and I was just wondering what most of you thought about bulking on 3-day splits and 4-day splits. Which one do u think works better?

    I like Upperbody/Lower body splits. Upper monday and thursday, lower tuesday and friday, wednedsday and weekends off. I get good results with that. I think push/pull/legs three day splits are awesome too.
