Could someone please explain the pros and cons of taking either Methoxy or Ecdysterone for teens..? What r the long term side effect, ect...background info on what are they exactly..

The cons are that its crap (Methoxy)

It is crap, and even if the product claims to work like some suggest, the amounts that they say it works is far more then we can afford. Plus, those studies were done on pigs cattle, and other animals.
It was suggested at 2g per 100kg, or 220lbs.
