    1) parallel or 2 inches below parallel

    2) It varies. Go between the range of parallel to 6 inches below parallel....you could even go more than that...

    and with the DE Speed Box Squat,do you go slowly down to the box,then pause on the box for like a split second,then explode off if fast?

    not real slow but don't jump on the box either
