Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I couldn't figure out where to put it. I'm 23 and I've been weight lifting steady for 9 years. I've never tried a protein powder until now. I got some Dymatize Elite whey protein and I got a quick question:
It says the serving size is one level scoop but it didn't come with a scoop. It's 23 grams of protein per serving. Can someone please tell me how much this is in cups? How much should I measure out in measuring cups? Please pardon me if this is a stupid question, I'm new to the forum.

Dig. Theres probably a scooper settled somewhere inside which has sunk because of transportation of tub etc.
On workout days, have 1-3 serves (but at least have that 1 serve immediately post-workout)
On rest days, its up to you. i have 2 serves on rest days.BPhysio, BBiomed Sci (Hons)
