As many times as it takes to get the job done(in terms of mass gains).

    side presses DD

    Diamond

Are side presses the one where you lay on your side and push db up from hip/chest area?

I am starting your lat raises from the side tom.

I have narrow shoulders so I need some width. Could you give 2 other best WIDTH exercises?

I work out in a gym so I cant do anything too wild and I have trouble with anything behind my neck (except lat raises those are fine).

How important are the wide grip shrugs, deadlifts and hangs, my shoulders point down rather down straight out ((squared(?

Finally what rep ranges do you think works the best and best rest periods?

I have tried some many routines have gotten some definition but I dont look the least bit wider.

side presses> all imo. i did lying laterals for quite a while, but side presses are way easier to overload and progress on

Don't heavy presses pack on the shoulder mass like no other, including medial delts?
If you think you can, you will.
If you think you can't, you're right.

    !!

yes, heavy presses do pack on the best mass but you still won't achieve wide shoulders without some form of side lateral or upright rows to isolate the side head.
