* Big Wheels (No, not your favorite childhood toy) is also a great read and SOOO true. Even in the gyms where I frequent, the legs are so overlooked and the squat rack seems to be there for decoration.
* Very Low Carbohydrate Diets and Fat Loss: The Fat Truth, is another great read by Annsi. I read his article last year (or the year before) in Muscular Development. He explains it in layman's terms.
* Anabolic Corner: Stealth Labs by Anthony Roberts is also great reading. ****, I just finished it and am five articles away from finishing them and I think this is the best issue, IMO.
