11g of sugar can't be good for you... i wouldn't think.

It's low GI, but it has a very high insulin index. These are two different things, I recently found out. Do some searching around in various places. One is the rate your insulin goes up, one is the rate your bloodsugar goes up.
Milk doesn't make your bloodsugar spike, but it does make your insulin spike. Makes it a good post-workout food, but eat it with peanut butter before bed.Never waste an egg yolk
