Tom Platz's Visualization Method
When preparing to sleep, lie on your back with one pillow under your head/neck and one under your knees. Keep your feet a few inches apart and your arms naturally down at your sides. Then, concentrate on relaxing and clear your mind. Try to mentally will away any tension in your body. After about 5 minutes, you should begin to feel like your floating in space, and you probably won't be able to feel your body or guess it's positioning on your bed. While you are in this state, with your eyes closed, imagine how you would one day like to be. Focus on desired muscle size, shape and definition. Sharply imagine every belly, crevece and straition of muscle you would like to have, until it is so vivid that it is almost like you are projecting a film on your eyelids. Try to stay focused on that image for a good 5-10 minutes. It may seem dificult, but everytime your mind skips off to something else, force it back onto the image. This method works wonders and has personally made my bodybuilding experience a soaring, fun experience. Try it sometime.

What a beast.

Whoa, last post kinda ****ed up. Anyway, yes Pro, it will work for any goal in life. Visualization and hypnosis are very effective suceeding in all aspects of bodybuilding, any other sport, buissness, ect. I know some of you guys are having doubts, but all I can say is try it. Take the time before you sleep tonight. Go back to the first post and peruse the instructions.
