    CUTTING cycle help .

im starting my cutting phase over the new year , so ill be diffenetly rady for the summer .
I know alot of people say just diet and cardio , but if u can stack with supps to help whilst bulking , u can in my opinion to stack with supps for cutting .
money doesnt matter as i get paid very well at my part time job (£6.40 an hr) .

    i was thinking off.
    1)hydroxycut
    2)zma

    Diet yes,
    cardio less (2x 3x/wk max 20-30 minutes)
Add more sets(4-5) and reps (12-15) to your weight training.
Cut down the time between sets to 30 sec, 60-90 sec
for squats unless you can do better.
    Never quit!

Hydroxycut, or any other ECA. My suggestion is Target brand(Xtreme lean), about half the price.
