Rap isn't ruling the music scene man, raps played out now. The eminem/50 cent/lil john fad is dying. Rock and emo's ruling music now dude. Christian metal owns your music anyway. I'm tired of mainstream rap. All this "crunk" stuff. Yes, rap is popular still, but it IS dying...slowly. I don't think rap will ever die, but it will get played out and boring, and YES trends do come and go. I see more greenday, yellowcard, and avengesevenfold on mtv now then I did 3 years ago where it was nothing but 50 cent, lil john, and freakin petey pablo. Hopefully, if rap is the TREND in music, then it will actually have lyrics that mean something.

and You will be there for my last."

"meet me in the trap"
not sure what the sung is called, or who sings it but, the only part i like about the song is the beat! its perfect for what you want.
let me tell you the south is on top of the 'Cruck music" game but no all of rap, each place (north, west, east) all have their great artists

50 cent wasnt bad when he was still underground and before he was signed to dre. Idk if youve ever heard ghis stuff from back then but its actually good imo.
Put it this way, if you got paid more for being the rapper he is, would you do it and partially lose fans from bb.com users like yourself? Or would you stay writing the hardcore rap that you like but the regualer radio groupies dont enjoy, and not make as much money?
Think about it, he did it for the money, not for me and you. (which is business)

Yeah I heard some of his earlier stuff like power of the dollar, and I know he's a more talented than lil jon is, but it doesn't change the fact that these days, to most of society he's a total joke.

Lil Jon produces all the beats that he's featured on, he just screams on the tracks because thats what he likes. Its his signature. He's not a real rapper, he was always a producer.

Anyways, to answer dude's original question. Try to get your hands on Bun B and Rapid Ric - King of the Trill mixtape which features 52 of Bun B's verses over other well known beats or the original beats, its non-stop Bun-B for 70mins. It starts off pretty good, but had a bad mix with Sippin on the Sizzurp and Stay Fly on the 5th track I think. Anyways, its good in the beginning but about half way through it loses a lot of steam.
