    Muscles not sore after workout= no gains?

    I've noticed some bodyparts like my chest will be sore 1 to 4 days after a workout,even if I don't have a intense workout i'll still be sore. Then when it comes to tri's and delts no matter how hard i work them no soreness. Does that mean their not growing? Do I need to go heavier on the weight?
