It's unrealistic to think you can replace all your fat with muscle. Most ppl can put on 1lb-1.5lb muscle a week tops and that's whilst bulking. When you bulk you don't lose BF.
Follow the basics:
- Burn more calories than you eat (aim to create this deficit by boosting your expenditure )
- clean diet high in protein
- lift heavy
You'll lose BF and may make some LBM gains also (how much depends on your condition)
Supplements are only beneficial if you have the diet & exercise aspects sorted out first.
Using creatine will have no impact on your BF.Last edited by FrankVista; 05-04-2006 at 02:41 AM.

don't depend on supps, the majority of fat loss comes purely from simple diet changes...
Start small (cut out fruit drinks and soda, eat more whole wheats and less simple carbs...try to eat more lean protein) When you bbq find a low calorie bbq sauce and have bbq chicken or a lean burger small things like that add up in a hurry...
In terms of supps: check out E/C for awesome workout intensity (as long as you don't have a heart condition of family history of such things)
Def get fish oil (omega 3's preserve lean mass on top of a huge amount of health benefits)
If you have some extra look CLA won't hurt but u might wanna check out sesathin alot of people have had good results with that...
In terms of lifting stay heavy don't drop the weight if anything decrease recovery time to premote a higher heart rate.....

15 minutes is not adequate, unless you're doing HIIT. I'm guessing you're not, though. Do 30 minutes of moderate intensity, then work up to 45 minutes.Lean body mass is my fat burner.

30 - 45 minutes of medium to high intensity cardio 3-5 times per week. Proper nutrition before and after cardio sessions will help tremendously if you are looking to keep muscle. Keep your protein intake high, clean carbs, minimal to no carbs after 6pm.
