I feel so sick, it's unbelievable.
I'm willing to attribute that to eight and a half pints of Guinness which I had to drink last night, but this is my own fault and the evening was **** enough without being preached to about how drinking is bad, and besides, I don't drink regularly.
I got thrown out of the club 4 hours before closing time, and I had to wait until closing time so I get home - that was fun. What's more, the bouncers really didn't like me, and one of them goes to my gym.
I took a Rennies and some paracetamol and some milk and am TRYING some pasta.
How can I make it go?

Lol, the second I read "eight and a half pints of Guinness" I almsot spit my whey all over the keyboard. My advice to you is to take a couple days off from training. Also, I find that only drinking on layoffs works best. After about 6 weeks of bodybuilding, I like to take a week layoff to let my system refresh, this seems to be the best time to party if I feel the need. Here, read this article:

Heh, thanks guys.
Yeah, I have a habit of drinking not frequently, but going all out when I do... Thing is, as I can down a pint in well under 5 seconds, I keep going, then when 8 pints hits you, you know about it.
Still, starting to feel a bit more active now, at 5:00pm.
Water and rest and the desire to never drink again it is.
