is it ok if i work my muscles ilke twice a week or somehting.. i am htinking of doing a 3 day split twice a week so like
day 1:bis/back
day 2: chest/ tris
day 3: legs/ shoulders
day 4: rest
.. then repeat
day 4 is the only day i rest during the whole secen days
i did do a 4 day spliut before and it was workinga nd stuff but i seem to have time to do this 3 day splittwice a week and my mucles seem to be recovering by the time i have to work them out again.
so i would like to see what every1 thinks. bad? good?

More is not always better
Unless you're an advanced lifter there's no reason to do that. It's operating off of the more must be better philosophy, which is perfectly natural, but rarely correct.

i have a proper diet and averything and i'm tkaing in a ton of calories and all that but if i did this... will it all be that bad for me. will i end up regreting it and saying i won't be getting any results or is it somehting elese. .. and i do have the time to do this split twice a week. is it that it won't really benifit me in the long run or something?i didn't really think this was alot. i thought working out more than twice is alot or somehting. i guese i'm wrong.
