    ??? Suplements Pre And Post Workout ???

    Hi im 24 year old 185 lb ectomorph on a bulking diet doing the mark rippetoe starting strength routine.
    Was wondering about taking whey protein pre and post workout or just post workout.
    As well when would be best time to take glutamine?
    Can whey glutamine and creatine all be taken at same time?
    Sorry i know this is rookie question but im kinda lost.

    u can take protein pre and post... put some creatine in ur protein shake before hand and then also add some creatine and glutamine to ur protein shake post workout

    Everything I've heard about glutamine is that it is useless, although some people love it for recovery, but mostly people think its a waste of money. You already get glutamine with your protein anyways. Creatine is good pre and post. 30-45 mins pre, immediately afterwards with some simple sugars and protein to aid absorption.

    Whey is great to take pre\post workout. As for the glutamine I would save it for a cut. But if you like take 5g with every meal. Creatine and glutamine can be taken at the same time. I would take 5g creatine pre\post workout. Thats assuming it's bulk mono. If it's CEE take 3g pre\post workout.

    So from the sounds of it I will be taking half my creatine along with whey protein pre workout. And the rest of my creatine, glutamine and whey protein in one monster shake post workout

    Bro Honestly i suggest you add GB/WB to your stack. I was on the brink of throwing this product out, but its my third week and WOW. Best workouts so far, the pumps amazing, my viens and my body is tight all over, i hope it stays like this even after the gb/wb.I can honestly tell you i feel and see a diff, because i did not notice anything in weeks 1-2 although, same diet and workout..... week 3 hit, and my arms are still killing me !

    My next stack is Xceed/Xtend but i want to do GB/wb again ! So i dont know what to do.

    I highly recommend that you try GlycerGROW regardless of whatever else you add / change. For starters, one tub of GlycerGROW will last MONTHS... around 120 workouts.

    It isn't a whey replacement, and I don't know of a canada site that has GlycerGROW at this time.... very strange actually.

    GlycerGROW will work excellent with any creatine product, and adding BCAA will enhance the hypertrophy effects... in other words, that would be a excellent stack / combo.

    thanks pu12, iam pretty sure i will add glycerglow to my xceed/xtend stack after my gb/wb stack is finished even though iam starting to love the gb/wb combo.

    Take in a fair dose of fast-acting whey protein hydrolysate-carb-amino mixture (eg MyoZene) before and after exercise and you will grow..
