I DID IT -- 7.7% drop in bodyfat in 2 weeks!!

I know it's hard to believe, but my body fat dropped 7.7% in two weeks. My trainer was very happy. It goes to show that a VERY clean diet and a commitment to working out can pay off. My trainer says I was probably retaining a lot of water on the first reading and considering how my diet had been, I'm sure this was the case. I'm now right at 15% and I'm ecstatic about it. I feel great. It's definitely motivation to keep going and possibly consider a figure competition down the road.

I have had absolutely no sweets in 2 1/2 weeks. I've finally broken the cycle!!

Just wanted to share my success so far.

Susan

That's amazing!! Congratulations!!

Can you give an example of what your daily intake and workouts were like? I'd love to do even 1/2 as great as that!

What would you consider a "starvation diet?"

I by no means starved myself. I ate VERY clean, 5-6 meals a day and worked my butt off at the gym.

Ashla I have to disagree. When I stop creatine I drop like that to. But I also agree with you on the BF% the first time could have been off. Especially since 98%of the time they are off unless like me you were taking creatine and stopped in that 2 week period.

Congrats though on the BF dropping.

I'm glad Ashla said something. I certainly commend your hard work Suzy Q..keep it up. I by no means want to sound like I'm putting your hard work down. I don't know your stats, but to lose a pound of fat is 3500 calories. it just seems highly unlikely, and unhealthy. However if you keep up the excellent work, you will lose that 7% pretty quick!
