    Question I am 5 feet 9 and weigh 150 but I am fat?

    I am 5 feet 9 and 150 pounds...and I feel fat...I took a picture recently for my school and when the picture came out my face looked round and bloated...how do i get rid of this?

    an what causes it?

    I used to weigh 130 and i looked handsome but i felt i was to skinny

    I have been trying to put on weight because I have a small frame.

    I was wondering what kinda workout program like treadmill and such help burn fat? and how long would it take me to burn fat?

    I just have been scared to lose wiegh cause im already small as is but my face looks so round now and im not happy with that and my double chin.

    is their any facial excersizes i could do?

    i have a double chin sorta like this guy but chubby cheeks.

    ya but you got a workout routine? like cardio every day even on workout days? some guy told me do cardio once in the morning and once at night on non workout days.

    I'm the same height as you dude and have a small frame too, my natural weight is around 150, but I weigh around 165-170, even at 150 I just looked skinny at my current weight (you can check the link in my sig) I still look skinny in the face like when I was 150. You need to add more muscle and hit the cardio I guess, did you have strong facial features when you were skinny? Also I like to chew a lot of surgerfree gum keeps my gi joe jawline intact

    i dont do much cardio lol and i have a big gut.

    i wish i had a slim waist and arms like that.

    Thanks, at this point in time i'm hitting cadio 5x a week, and abs the same, I think having a strong core is important imo, but its not genetics man, you should see me way in the day, I was a skinny bastard, I just tried to soak up as much knowledge about BB, aswell as figuring out what works for my body specificly. To get the transformation you want you must do everything consitently, diet, cardio, lift, and you should be there in no time bro...Good Luck

    I was 5'9" 150 when I graduated highschool. Added muscle to reach 170 in 2 years, then added fat to reach 238 in 5 years. Going down quickly now.

    Kid, don't worry about the treadmill. Sounds like your just naturally thin and haven't worked off the baby fat. Lift some weights to add some mass (you don't need a lot) and you'll be ok.

    I only lift wieghts 3 times a week...I was told to do cardio on off days.

    I thought all you cared about was your face.... there is no way you can weight 150 and look lie that guy... I am 5'9 230 and i don't even have a double chin... somebody is lieing... Help us help you.

    5'9 150 and fat is impossible unless you eat fast food all day and don't move.

    im not fat all around... but im soft not ripped hard...

    my face is roundishwith a bit of a double chin sorta like oscar de la hoya has now...and he is not really fat just small framed so when he weighs 165 he looks fat.

    me I mainly have a baby fat on my face and a gut mainly when i used to drink beer i stopped drinking beer a year ago....my face was always babyfaced but my skin is terrible now and my face got chubbierl

    the problem is i dont wanna lose weight! im 150and when i was 130 i had a handsome face because i ddint have much fat but i felt skinny.

    well if u didn't have it at 130 and you have it at 150... Maybe the solution is to loose weight? go to the gym do cardio and weight training.. bring your weight down to 140 maybe that will help/

    You need to take a serious approach to lifting if you want that. I'm in your position right now - about 155-160 5'10 (depending on the time of day :P) not fat by definition but i feel kind of fat sometimes. My face doesnt have a rounded look like you described, but i DEFINITLY used to have that going on (back in the days of 175 @ 5'5) My goal is to be back up to 170 within the next year or so but with muscle.

    look at it like this way: more muscle will stretch your fat out on your body making you seem like you have a bigger 'person' but really you have the same ammount of fat spread over more surface area. I think your round face could just be baby fat that has never really gone away

    I'm 5'9 and 140, but I don't consider myself fat. I guess I have more of medium frame though. I'd say my double chin left me about 15 lbs. ago. I actually think I'm too thin these days.

    your bones are probally wider.
