I am 5 feet 9 and 150 pounds...and I feel fat...I took a picture recently for my school and when the picture came out my face looked round and bloated...how do i get rid of this?
an what causes it?
I used to weigh 130 and i looked handsome but i felt i was to skinny
I have been trying to put on weight because I have a small frame.
I was wondering what kinda workout program like treadmill and such help burn fat? and how long would it take me to burn fat?
I just have been scared to lose wiegh cause im already small as is but my face looks so round now and im not happy with that and my double chin.
is their any facial excersizes i could do?
i have a double chin sorta like this guy but chubby cheeks.

I'm the same height as you dude and have a small frame too, my natural weight is around 150, but I weigh around 165-170, even at 150 I just looked skinny at my current weight (you can check the link in my sig) I still look skinny in the face like when I was 150. You need to add more muscle and hit the cardio I guess, did you have strong facial features when you were skinny? Also I like to chew a lot of surgerfree gum keeps my gi joe jawline intact

I was 5'9" 150 when I graduated highschool. Added muscle to reach 170 in 2 years, then added fat to reach 238 in 5 years. Going down quickly now.
Kid, don't worry about the treadmill. Sounds like your just naturally thin and haven't worked off the baby fat. Lift some weights to add some mass (you don't need a lot) and you'll be ok.oh and gecko that link did not contain answers only the search page - swiftness_02

me I mainly have a baby fat on my face and a gut mainly when i used to drink beer i stopped drinking beer a year ago....my face was always babyfaced but my skin is terrible now and my face got chubbierl
the problem is i dont wanna lose weight! im 150and when i was 130 i had a handsome face because i ddint have much fat but i felt skinny.
