Creakic,Leukic,Gakic and Anator P70 log/ review

I have decide to log and review the following supplements from Muscletech Creakic, Gakic, Luekic, and Anator P70. Last month I was used Gakic, Luekic and Anator P70. I saw good results and decide to add Creakic. I had followed Derserusan log and it was very help full and easy to follow. I will try to follow the same basic format.

I understand that there are no miracle products out there and these are just supplements. I follow a very strict diet that consist of 8 whole food meals a day and gallon or more of water. The meals are typically one of the following

1-chicken, rice, and mixed veggies
2-extra lean beef and baked potato and mixed veggies
3-Eggs and rice
4- buffalo meat and sugar free whole wheat bread

I sometimes sub out rice our potato for whole wheat pasta. I eat every 2 hours.

Supplements

Gnc multi-vitamin
Universal Bcaa Stack
Gnc fish oil
Nucare Nu-Blend
Cytosport Muscle milk
Cytosport Cytocarb 2

I am a retail manager so I have to work every other weekend and close a minum of 1 night a week. Therefore I have a 4 day workout week and 5 day the next. I worked out in college and had no idea what I was doing and again while I was in the army and still had no idea. Then about 15 months ago I just happen to step on a scale and realize I only weighed 155 when you are 6'5 that aint sh!t. So i went back to the Gym, this time I had to pay for it so I wanted to do it right. Therefore I research, read ask question and now I am at 198.

That's a damn pricey stack but should be effective. I've just completed a six week review and loved this stack minus the Creakic. If you have any questions feel to ask as nutrient timing is key to maximizing this stack.

Day 1

Today was a good day

Dumbbell bench 3 x 12 - 75
One arm dumbbell row 3 x 12 -75
Overhead lateral raise 3 x 12 - 15
front pull-down 4 x 12 -120
incline dumbbell bench 4 x 12 - 55
hammer stregth decline 3 x 12 - 225
seated cable row 3 x 12 - 120
dumbbell shrugs 4 x 20 - 65
alterning dumbell curl 4 x 12 - 35
rope pressdown 4 x 12 - 90
preacher curl 3 x 12 -100
over head press arm extension 3 x 12 - 90
one arm pec dec fly 4 x 12 - 135

This is a very fast pace routine I do every couple of weeks something differnt with 250 reps of varoius ab work. I choose this for the first day of all new supplements.

The workout felt very good. I was already using Leukic, Gakic, and Anator P70 for a month now. With nice results, the addition of Creakic made the work feel different in a good way. I could not explain exactly what the feeling is and I do not want to overstate or understate at such an early stage of this log. I can say that before I was taking a creatine before pre workout and it did not feel like this.

No weird side effects like blue urine or bad smells from the Creakic pills or sweating during the work out. I must say there is nothing like 17 large pills first thing in the morning 5 am.

Just the first day and i have a good feeling but I will not jump the gun to some. Yes this is not a cheap stack $200 for just one month and thats just the 4 Muscletech products. So the best advise I could give is hit the books as hard as you hit the weights.

Bosli is on a distinguished road. (+10)
That's quite the workout man and a nice stack as well. As someone who also takes a lot of MT products and likes to see people save money I would stay away from taking Leukic and Anator P70 at the same time. If you look at the nutritional facts on Anator Leukic is basically already in it. I don't think all the excess Leucine is necessary. I'm not a professional by any means but I did the same thing and I found it excessive.

Just a little more about ROS

For those of you want to understand What ROS is all about check out this link it is pretty straight foward .
http://users.rcn.com/jkimball.ma.ult...ges/R/ROS.html

Definition of Reactive oxygen species

Reactive oxygen species: Species such as superoxide, hydrogen peroxide, and hydroxyl radical. At low levels, these species may function in cell signalling processes. At higher levels, these species may damage cellular macromolecules (such as DNA and RNA) and participate in apoptosis (programmed cell death).

more info on ROS

Here are a few quick links that some it up for you. Creakic seems to have a good base and stong science behind it. It all about fighting reactive oxygen species and depending on the study or reseach they can lead to protien breakdown, aging and many others.

None of these links have anything to do with how RoS effects creatine receptors. Any info on that?

Stack looks good tho. Good luck

I was thinking about doing the same stack.
So I am using:
Gakic, Leukic, Creakic, Hydroxycut Hardcore.
Source of life Vitamin & mineral
MSM 1000
Fish Oil EPA-DHA
Glucosamine sulfate 1000
Chondroitin sulfate 500

ON gold whey chocolate I take in the moring 48g then after working out 48g.

try to eat arond 6-8 meals
200-400 calories
15-25 protein
arond 70 or less carbs each

I work out 5-6 times a week. 30-45 min car each day

Well would like to see what kind comes of stacking them all for you.

This is very true i seem to find tons of information about ros and the effects on the human body. Lots of reason why neutrlizing ros but none on the relation of the creakic formula to its affects. I will contiue to doy my research though.

non work out day

there still no side affects and I thought for sure that i would fell some soreness after working out hard 4 straight days working all weekend and just getting off from being at work since 6 am. I can say one thing about this stack it seems that with proper nutrion lots of water it is the best i have felt after a workout like that and working all weekend.
