Im in my 6th week and I would like to change up my routine. Could you guys customize my routine for me? I prefer a 4 day work out. 45-60 min workouts for mass. All help would be appreciated.
I have the following equipment. Barbell and a weight bench. Sorry nothing else. Thanks Big Steve.
