    Customize my Workout Routine.

    Im in my 6th week and I would like to change up my routine. Could you guys customize my routine for me? I prefer a 4 day work out. 45-60 min workouts for mass. All help would be appreciated.

    I have the following equipment. Barbell and a weight bench. Sorry nothing else. Thanks Big Steve.

    Before I didnt have a bench.
    Mon. Chest
    Pushups
    Wide 3x15
    Close 3x15
    Incline 3x15
    Decline 3x15

    Wens.
    Squats 3x10
    Lunge 3x10
    Stifflegged Deadlift 3x10

    Thurs.
    Deadlifts 3x10
    Barbell Rows 3x10
    Barbell Curls 3x10

    Fri.
    Military Press 3x10
    Upright Rows 3x10
    Shrugs 3x15

    Bike for 30-45 mins on off days.
