What do u people eat pre workout? i eat a power bar and yogurt is this ok? If not what should i eat?

Str8 eats some raisin bran and some cottage cheese. This sounds pretty good.

Your pre workout meal should be eaten approx 1 hour before your workout. I usually get 75g of carbs that are semi-slow burning, usually this means about 3 cups of cheerios in a little bit of milk along with 6 egg whites.

1. Sometimes, nothing.
2. Some people train fasted and perform much better. Some don't.
3. A pre workout meal isn't necessary.

Sorry, let me clarify, I eat absolute crap and I am not recommending you eat oatmeal pies. That is just what I eat. A power bar and yogurt is fine.

. Assumed that because i'm over 300lbs I eat like crap? Relatively difficult to eat 7k clean...
